Challenge

Vispa was struggling to leverage LinkedIn to build a relevant audience and generate leads.

As a tech company specializing in remote work solutions, their target was mid-sized to large company executives—a group notoriously difficult to engage via cold outreach. 

Their previous experiences with LinkedIn outreach were disappointing, with limited engagement and a low rate of successful communication leading to actual business opportunities. Sebastian’s (Vispa’s CEO) LinkedIn presence was stagnant, with about 1,500 contacts and an average of just 1-2 meeting bookings per month through previous agencies, which did not provide guaranteed results.

Solution

We stepped in with a comprehensive approach tailored specifically to Sebastian’s and Vispa’s business objectives. 

We overhauled and optimized all major elements of his personal profile, including his tag line and banner photo, producing something both eye-catching and relevant to his ICP, making sure that we designed the messaging so that it resonated specifically to their target group’s core needs. Next, we provided key strategic insights regarding elements such as his ‘About’ and ‘Endorsed Skills’ sections,  enabling more efficient targeting of key decision-makers within the industry.

With Sebastian’s profile optimized, we engaged directly with potential clients and stakeholders, employing our targeted networking strategy, delivering messaging campaigns designed to pique interest—without the need for direct involvement from Vispa’s team. We quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed all messaging, ensuring results met our benchmarking standards. This continued throughout the campaign to ensure relevancy and continual optimisation. 

Some of the key metrics we benchmarked against include % connect rates, % reply rates, % meeting booking rates, reply sentiment  (as in positive, neutral, negative and interested), “wrong timing” rates, conversion of “interested” to meeting booked, etc. 

These are difficult to track manually internally to the business, so they are often forgotten. We were able to accomplish this work consistently, which had an overall significant impact on the results. 

Our manual communication takeover ensured that once a potential lead responded, every interaction was handled expertly, reflecting Vispa’s values and business goals. 

Results

In just seven months of collaboration, Sebastians’s LinkedIn network more than doubled to 4.000+ contacts, with an average of 12 meaningful appointments with decision makers per month. 

This enhanced networking capability led not only to increased visibility but also to significant business outcomes—within the first two weeks, Vispa had already secured a sale through the meetings arranged by Leadtree. By the end of the second month, another sale had been finalized, showcasing the effectiveness of Leadtree’s strategic approach in generating leads and closing deals.
