The challenge

CEO Tomislav was faced with the challenge of generating high-quality leads and contacting decision-makers from his target group. What was missing was a consistent flow of booked meetings to boost the company's growth.

Fabula Games' offering is innovative and attractive for companies of different sizes. Despite the diverse target group, Tomislav faced the challenge of making his solutions visible to the right people. The company's previous outreach strategies were costly: Fabula Games relied mainly on traditional methods such as advertising and conferences. This not only drained the company's resources, but also did not bring the desired success.

The LinkedIn profile, on the other hand, remained largely unused. The network only consisted of a few contacts, which did not do justice to the company's innovative offering.

The solution

We started our collaboration with Fabula Games with the revision of their LinkedIn strategy.

We started with a comprehensive profile optimisation of the founder and CEO Tomislav Bodrozic. Our focus was on increasing visibility on LinkedIn and positioning Tomislav and his team as experts in the games industry.

We then developed a customised communication strategy tailored to Tomislav's personality, his company and the buyer persona. Together with him, we identified the target group and broke this down further to the appropriate company sizes, industries and even specific individuals in the target companies. All messages were A/B tested at the beginning and throughout the campaign to maximise effectiveness. We worked closely with Tomislav to ensure that key elements on his profile, such as his tagline and “About” section, were optimised in line with the requirements of his core customers. This optimisation helped to build an immediate relationship and pave the way for future interactions. Once optimised, we moved on to targeted networking to identify and contact key decision makers in the relevant industries. We carefully crafted the messages, ensuring a high level of personalisation. Once responses were received, we took care of the communication, utilising our tried and tested processes for follow-ups, re-engagement and converting conversations into booked meetings. This allowed the Fabula Games team to focus on their core activities while benefiting from a seamless and professional interaction with potential prospects.

The results

Our strategy grew the number of LinkedIn contacts to over 3,900, creating a solid network of relevant industry experts and potential new customers. This expanded network and our communication led to an average of 13 high-quality appointment bookings per month and became a real game changer for the company. According to Fabula Games, they have about three conversations per week with the right decision makers, allowing them to close significantly more sales each quarter. All of this has boosted Fabula Games' continued growth and success in the market.
