The challenge
Vispa was struggling to leverage LinkedIn to build a relevant audience and generate leads.
As a tech company specializing in remote work solutions, their target was mid-sized to large company executives—a group notoriously difficult to engage via cold outreach.
Their previous experiences with LinkedIn outreach were disappointing, with limited engagement and a low rate of successful communication leading to actual business opportunities.
Although Vispa was already working with lead generation agencies, CEO Sebastian's LinkedIn network had stagnated at around 1,500 contacts and only one or two meetings a month on average.
The solution
We stepped in with a comprehensive approach tailored specifically to Sebastian’s and Vispa’s business objectives.
We overhauled and optimized all major elements of his personal profile, including his tag line and banner photo, producing something both eye-catching and relevant to his ICP, making sure that we designed the messaging so that it resonated specifically to their target group’s core needs. Next, we provided key strategic insights regarding elements such as his ‘About’ and ‘Endorsed Skills’ sections, enabling more efficient targeting of key decision-makers within the industry.

After optimising Sebastian's profile, we contacted potential customers directly. This involved our targeted networking strategy and messaging campaigns. Everything was designed to generate interest - without having to actively involve the Vispa team. We conducted a quantitative and qualitative analysis of all responses to our messages to constantly compare the results against our benchmarking standards. The key metrics we compared for the different messaging approaches include the networking rate (in %), response rate (in %), meeting booking rate (in %), sentiment of responses (positive, neutral, negative and interested), conversion of „interested“ to „booked“, etc. This data is difficult to track internally and is therefore often forgotten. By consistently tracking and constantly iterating and optimising our approach, we were able to improve the results month after month. By taking over the communication manually, we were able to ensure a professional handling of all interactions with potential leads, which is in line with Vispa's values and business goals.
The results
In seven months, Sebastian's LinkedIn network has more than doubled to over 4,000 potential business contacts thanks to our collaboration. The optimised networking not only led to increased visibility, but also to significant business successes: The number of qualified appointments rose to an average of 12 per month. Within the first two weeks, Vispa was able to close new accounts through meetings arranged by Leadtree. By the end of the second month, the second deal was finalised. This result clearly shows how effective Leadtree's strategic approach is in generating leads and closing deals.
